The Polish Navy has announced a successful training exercise involving the Homar-K rocket system. As part of the exercise, the launcher was loaded onto a transport and minelaying ship from the 2nd Transport and Minelayer Squadron, part of the 8th Coastal Defense Flotilla.
This was a significant practical test, confirming Poland’s ability to quickly and independently transport the Homar-K system by sea during national operations or in support of allied forces.
Homar-K systems are gradually entering service with the Polish Armed Forces, successfully passing subsequent stages of implementation.
According to the plan, all 290 ordered Chunmoo launcher modules will be delivered by 2028. These modules are currently being integrated at Huta Stalowa Wola and equipped with WB Group subsystems before being delivered to the Polish Army.
