The President of Hanwha Aerospace Europe, Boo Hwan Lee, participated in the conference titled “Lessons from the War in Ukraine – Equipment and Structure of the Polish Army and Civil Defense,” which focused on the structural changes required in the Polish Armed Forces and Civil Defense. The conference was held today in Warsaw.
The event was inaugurated by the Editor-in-Chief of Super Express, followed by opening speeches delivered by the Head of the National Security Bureau (BBN), PhD Jacek Siewiera, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Wiesław Kukuła.
Later, the Minister of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, also participated in the conference.
The President of Hanwha Aerospace Europe took part in a panel titled “New Technologies in the Ukrainian Conflict: Opportunities and Challenges for the Armed Forces,” where he emphasized Hanwha Aerospace Europe’s commitment and readiness to cooperate with the Polish defense industry. He highlighted that this cooperation will not only deepen but also evolve into a multidimensional partnership in the near future.
In the first panel, alongside the President of Hanwha Aerospace Europe, other participants included the Defense Attaché at the Polish Embassy in Kyiv, Colonel Dariusz Słota; the Deputy Commander of the Operational Command of the Armed Forces, Major General (Pilot) Dariusz Malinowski; and the Commander of the Cyber Defense Forces, Major General Karol Molenda.
