South Korea is celebrating Constitution Day today, commemorating the adoption and promulgation of the country’s Constitution in 1948, which laid the foundations of the modern Republic of Korea.
Like Poles, Koreans place great value on freedom, sovereignty and responsibility for the future of their nation. The historical experiences of both countries demonstrate the importance of strong state institutions, security, and a long-term approach to development. These shared values, together with a similar understanding of the key challenges of the modern world, help build trust and strengthen the partnership between Poland and the Republic of Korea.
Relations between our countries continue to develop dynamically, encompassing an ever wider range of economic, industrial, technological and defence cooperation. Joint initiatives contribute to the creation of lasting partnerships and new opportunities for growth and development that benefit both nations.
At Hanwha Aerospace Europe’s Warsaw office, Koreans and Poles work side by side every day. This gives us a unique opportunity to observe how much our nations have in common — not only at the level of interstate and institutional relations, but also through everyday cooperation built on mutual respect, professionalism and a shared sense of responsibility for achieving common goals.
대한민국 제헌절을 축하합니다!
