Hanwha Aerospace Europe had the honor of participating as a Strategic Partner in the international IAMD Coalitions Conference, organized by the Military University of Technology and the Armament Agency of Poland.

The event brought together representatives of the armed forces, academia, and the defense industry from various countries, creating a platform for discussions on the development of Integrated Air and Missile Defence (#IAMD), interoperability, and future challenges related to building modern deterrence capabilities.

As part of the panel dedicated to the life cycle management of integrated defense solutions, Hanwha Aerospace Europe CEO Jacek Cyrek participated in the discussion. During his remarks, he presented a broad perspective on #LCM (Life Cycle Management), drawing on Hanwha Aerospace’s experience gained through the implementation of advanced weapon systems and large-scale defense programs.

The discussion covered, among other topics, the importance of maintaining long-term operational readiness, developing industrial capabilities, logistics, modernization, and cooperation between industrial and institutional partners in the execution of strategic defense programs.

The panel was preceded by a presentation session during which a representative of Hanwha Aerospace introduced the L-SAM long-range air defense system currently being developed for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Korea.

Participation in the conference provided another valuable opportunity to exchange experiences with representatives of the defense sector and to reaffirm Hanwha Aerospace Europe’s commitment to supporting the development of modern defense capabilities and industrial cooperation in Poland and across Europe.
